New Machinery - Maxima MC 80
The construction of the paper guillotines MAXIMA MC 80 is based on mechanical parts which were already verified and proved by the foregoing types. It is outstanding by its rugged construction, reliability, precision of the cut, easy operation, high operational safety and efficient design. The guillotines are specified for cutting of the paper, papercard and paperboard, as well as other technical materials such as veneer, leather, cork, rubber and plastic foils. Technical advantages consist above all in the high operating productivity, easy operation and the low level of the noise.
All types of the machines are equipped with the air cushion for easy manipulation of the cut material. Even the reinforced type MC 80 BP are equipped with the digital indication and setting of the measure with the possibility of automatically cutting of the strips. All the types are equipped with the reinforced mechanical parts.
Type MC 80 PS is equipped with a control system which includes a free programmable automatic device with monochromatically display 8 x 40 types and with the possibility of creating of 999 cutting programmes with 10.000 cutting steps. The machine is working in the semi - automatic mode with the possibility of the creating and storing of the cutting programmes for repeated jobs.
The top of the range model MC 80 TSE (Colour touch-screen) is able to create 800 programmes in 4 sections and also has the facility for fully automatic programmed cutting of standard sizes. Model MC 80 TSE is as standard equipped with infrared safety guards to the front table and duplicated hydraulic control systems, chromium plated table and fully comply with the European "GS" and "CE" safety certification requirements.
The new large-size TFT colour touch-screen ensures enhanced operator comfort through clearly readable display, thus increasing the operator's productivity. The new control programme underlying the touch-screen provides you with a powerful tool for high cutting productivity and quality.
The arrangement of control functions in all screens is clear and logical, making the control of the programme very intuitive and easily accessible to the operator through the interactive control system.

Entering dimensions in cm, mm, inches (in fractions or decimal notation). Entering programme name using an alpha-numeric keyboard - up to 16 characters. 800 programmes in 4 blocks.
Functions - programming clamping pressure for different cutting cycles, clamping without cutting, programmable clamping without cutting, communication in 8 languages (Czech, English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Hungarian), machine lubrication prompts, automated programming through cutting, programme protection by password, immediate cutting cycle interruption - switching to manual mode and return, visualisation of cut lines in graphic mode using simulation.
Operator specific programmes - e.g. different programmes for morning and afternoon shifts.
Auto-diagnostic features in the 'Service' mode, indicating machine status for the prevention of operator errors. 'Help' function with operating instructions.
Automated creation of cutting programmes using pre-defined A0-B5 or customized formats and many other features.

Remark: The machines are delivered from the factory in a wooden case with dimensions 240cm (94,5") x 140cm (55.2") x 180 cm (71"). They are packed dismantled into two main parts - The frame 200 cm (25,4") x 90cm (35.5") x 160 cm (63") - weight 1400 kg (2940LB) and the table 80 cm (31.5") x 210 cm (82.7") - weight 350 kg (119.9LB). Gross weight 2000 kg (4200LB).
