New Machinery - Maxima MC 92
The new range of 'MAXIMA' Paper Cutting Guillotines has evolved from well proven design and construction methods based on many years' experience of cutting machine manufacture. The MC 92 models are a totally new design concept and, by utilising the most modern construction methods, the result is a machine, which reflects all the best features of previous models but with a much more compact overall size. (The external measurements of the MC 92 are not much greater than those of the MS 80 models).
The new MC 92 models also have a much larger pile height capacity of 140mm and improved knifebeam guides which give more support and strength to the knifebeam, affording even greater cutting precision. The foot pedal operated low pressure hydraulic system for pre-clamping or gauging has been designed to fully comply with the 'CE' requirements of the European safety standards. The new more rounded external design of the machine gives it a more pleasing overall appearance. All the best features for which 'MAXIMA' are renowned have been incorporated into this new model, including the outstandingly robust and efficiently designed construction, ease of operation, cutting precision, high operational safety and proven reliability. These Guillotines are specified for cutting paper, card and board to a range of other sheet materials such as veneer, leather, cork, rubber and plastic foils.
The major technical advantages of all 'MAXIMA' Guillotines are undoubtedly the high operating productivity, ease of operation and low noise level.

• Electro-magnetic, single-plate clutch with spring loaded brake for the knife drive.
• Positive mechanical locking of the knifebeam in the top rest position (TDC).

All models are equipped with an air cushion table for easier manipulation of the cut material and precision ground table surfaces as standard.
The top model MC 92 TF (Colour touch-screen) is able to create 800 programmes in 4 sections and also has the facility for fully automatic programmed cutting of standard sizes.
The new large-size TFT colour touch-screen ensures enhanced operator comfort through clearly readable display, thus increasing the operator's productivity. The new control programme underlying the touch-screen provides you with a powerful tool for high cutting productivity and quality.
The arrangement of control functions in all screens is clear and logical, making the control of the programme very intuitive and easily accessible to the operator through the interactive control system.
SW features
Entering dimensions in cm, mm, inches (in fractions or decimal notation). Entering programme name using an alpha-numeric keyboard - up to 16 characters. 800 programmes in 4 blocks.
Functions - programming clamping pressure for different cutting cycles, clamping without cutting, programmable clamping without cutting, communication in 8 languages (Czech, English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Hungarian), machine lubrication prompts, automated programming through cutting, programme protection by password, immediate cutting cycle interruption - switching to manual mode and return, visualisation of cut lines in graphic mode using simulation. Operator specific programmes - e.g. different programmes for morning and afternoon shifts.
Auto-diagnostic features in the 'Service' mode indicating machine status for the prevention of operator errors. 'Help' function with operating instructions, automated creation of cutting programmes using pre-defined A0-B5 or customized formats and many other features.
All models MS 92 are as standard equipped with infrared safety guards to the front table, an air-cushion table for easier manipulation, duplicated hydraulic control systems, stainless steel plated table and fully comply with the European "GS" and "CE" safety certification requirements.
